Zentropa Interaction and Snitker & Co. offer a 1-day course (29. april 2008)  that improves your persona writings and helps you write readable, understandable, and engaging personas. The course will mix theory, writing, and feedback and supports professionals working with personas.

The course focuses on three areas:

1. How do I begin writing:
    how to create the most efficient basis
    for a productive and flowing writing
    process.
2. Building a character:
    how to create an engaging and realistic
    dramatic character.
3. The valuable persona:
    how to create a valuable persona
    based on the writing and character tools.
